Drew Davis

With over 25 years in cross-sector C-Suite roles, such as CEO, COO, CCO, CMO, CSO, and CoS, Drew has started, grown and led several multi-national businesses.

Drew served at the highest levels of the US intelligence community for 12 years, with extensive experience supporting Department and Agency directors and leadership teams, focusing on developing and enabling organizational and 
mission strategy and resourcing, leading enterprise functions, and providing principal support. With tours in The White House Situation Room supporting the President, Vice President, National Security Advisor, and several Cabinet-level officials; the National Counterterrorism Center supporting the Director; and several key C-Suite roles, Drew’s interagency experience has positioned him as a super connector, mission innovator, and business operations expert.

Beyond his federal service, Drew has helped lead three global non-profit associations spanning travel, tourism, and hospitality, C-Suite leadership 
development, and foreign policy. Drew and his wife own and operate Rise Equity Group, a real estate investment firm focused on large multifamily properties, and Best East Coast Skiing, a marketing and PR agency focused on the alpine skiing industry.

He received his BA in politics and government, world religions, and national security studies from Ripon College, and his master’s degree in international affairs, with concentrations in intelligence and national security law from the George H.W. Bush School of Government. Drew is a proud graduate of the Chief of Staff Association's Executive Education Program at Oxford University, has two kids, and enjoys skiing, golfing, martial arts, super yachts, and traveling with his family.

Michael Termini is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of non-profit program management, business development, and leadership experience. He is currently transitioning into the role of Chief of Staff of Programs at Brighton Marine (BMI), where, as BMI’s Chief of Staff for the US Family Health Plan (USFHP), he currently leads staff and strategic initiatives supporting active-duty families, National Guard and Reserve families, and retirees and their dependents in partnership with the Department of War and other Plans nationwide. 

He also serves as Acting Executive Director of the US Family Health Plan Alliance, supporting the Alliance Board and its committees on strategic and operational priorities, as the Alliance represents the collective interests of the Plans nationally and before Congress and the Department of War. 

In addition, Michael serves as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Promise Pathways, providing executive leadership during a period of executive transition and positioning the organization for long-term sustainability and impact. 

Previously, Michael held senior leadership roles at the American Society of International Law and the Government Accountability Project, where he oversaw staff, global programs, operations, and development. A certified Chief of Staff through Harvard Business School with a Master of Laws in International Law and International Relations, Michael also holds certifications in Executive Leadership, Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt), Strategic Organizational Leadership, and Conflict Management. Kayla Schulman

Dr. Lamont Colucci was the inaugural Director of Doctrine Development for the United States Space Force. He was also a member of the leadership team responsible for standing up Space Futures Command, focusing on strategic foresight and the forward operating environment.

Dr. Colucci has experience as a diplomat with the U.S. Department of State and is a Full Professor of Political Science at Concordia University. His primary areas of expertise include U.S. national security and foreign policy. He teaches courses on national security, foreign policy, intelligence, terrorism, spacepower, and international relations. He has published four books as the sole author: Crusading Realism: The Bush Doctrine and American Core Values After 9/11; a two-volume series entitled The National Security Doctrines of the American Presidency: How They Shape Our Present and Future; and The International Relations of the Bible, and U.S. Space Force, Grand Strategy, and United States National Security.

He was also a contributing author to three books: The Day That Changed Everything: Looking at the Impact of 9/11 at the End of the Decade, Homeland Security & Intelligence, and The Next Space Race: A Blueprint for American Foreign Policy. In 2012, Dr. Colucci was named a Fulbright Scholar-in-Residence at the Diplomatic Academy in Vienna, Austria.

Dr. Colucci holds undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a doctorate in politics from the University of London, England. Dr. Colucci has received several honors, including Ripon College's Severy Excellence in Teaching Award in 2007, the Underkofler Outstanding Teaching Award in 2010, and the National Significant Sig Award from the Sigma Chi Fraternity in 2015.

He regularly contributes to U.S. Air Force, Space Command, and Space Force publications and conferences on space strategy. Dr. Colucci is an occasional columnist for The Washington Times, National Review, Washington Examiner/Weekly Standard, The Hill, U.S. News & World Report, and Defense News, and a bi-monthly columnist for Newsmax. He is a Senior Fellow in National Security Affairs at the American Foreign Policy Council and Senior Advisor in National Security for Contingent Security.
